Yes, it's horrible but true. There have been times where I had to ignore this chat network, but we're doing so much better now.

We have a lot of work ahead of us, and internal roadmap and a short term and long term plan for the site. And taking baby steps weekly to get todo items completed.

Improving not just the style, but also the content, the forum structure, the staff setup, etc.

Everything has 1000+ items in my mind of things that need to be done....
